These people know how to run a car repair shop. They confirmed my suspicion of an oil pan gasket leak. They use technology tools to show you problem areas which help in understanding the problem. I can’t thank the guys at GIC car clinic enough, for the past 6 months I’ve been having issues starting my car and I’ve been losing sleep over it stressing over it not knowing what to do , it’s my only means of transportation. I ran into Allan and I explained the situation to him and he suggested to bring my car in to the shop and Derek would take care of me. Allan was right, Derek took care of me and kept in contact with me with the entire process letting me know the entire status of my car. Derek treated me like his Best friend and I just met him.And the technicians cared for my vehicle like it was their own car. When I thought I thought it was a starter issue, the technicians showed me it wasn’t and after further testing and perseverance from the technicians they figured out what was wrong with my car repaired it with ninja like precision and quickness. They saved me from spending a lot of money on a starter I wouldn’t have need. THANK YOU GUYS for taking care of me and giving me peace of mind. If anyone wants their car repaired up right. GIC car clinic will be the best choice you will ever make.

I really like these guys. You feel like they are straight shooters. These days if there is anything that comes up, they have this tv next to the desk where they show you a picture of whatever the issue was. In my case the battery was close to dead so they had a picture of it and the readout from the test. It’s nice. I also like that they are a family business and the owner is there working in the garage. I took my civic here for several years and now am back with my VW after using up the dealer free oil changes

I LOVE GIC Car Clinic and let me tell you why! Their knowledge of my car, they take pictures of your car, old parts and new parts and save them, so the next time you return to get your oil changed, or regular maintenance or any repair, they will have the picture from your previous visit and the resolution is so clear that you can see exactly what they are talking about. I was so worried about this noise in my car and felt like it was unstable… I was not sure if my new tires were not put on correctly or if it was the power steering….. it was neither of those, it was the cross arm? And it was under warranty! The lobby is WiFi User friendly and there are outlets in case you need to charge your telephone or computer. Coffee, tea or snacks…… but the most important part is their knowledge of cars and ability to know what the problem is and fix it. THANK YOU GIC CAR CLINIC! Also, by the way, they did a phenomenal job on my brakes! : )

With one A/C repair and one oil change, my experience has been superb. The A/C work was a repair and not a replace (which other shops recommended at astronomical cost) and their interface is like family. The work area is clean (for a shop) and the coffee is as good as the cookies.

I brought my 2012 Dodge Avenger for transmission service. Their customer service is excellent and meanwhile they offer a reasonable price. My car got broken into and in the process the ignition cylinder got destroyed. I took it to these folks and from the start to the end, they were nothing but nice. It’s a family run business and Allan and his wife were so hospitable. They were also nice enough to keep me posted on the day-to-day progress on it, which I found very helpful. Got my truck back in under two days. All in all, a great place to take your four wheelers to get fixed.

GIC Car Care Clinic is, by far, the single best auto shop I’ve ever worked with. My fiance and I took our Subaru here after discovering some smoke from the back exhaust. Not only was GIC able to fix the problem, they also discovered something that saved us a ton of money! In addition to that, each time we go there, we’ve had to bring our 3 year old daughter. And each time she goes, she walks away with a fun little toy. Just another great example of the amazing customer service of this place. Derek is the king of CS! Thanks GIC, you’re our new mechanic.
